HOW TO USE THE BREATH OF LIFE

The Breath of Life is meant to be inhaled. The herbs are covered
with a fine mesh and contained in a pocket sized unspillable metal
compact with a screw topped lid. From the time you start breathing
the herbs, they are working to relieve mucous congestion, soothe the
infl ammation and irritation of the mucous membranes which produce
the sneezing and the streaming reddened eyes in hay fever attacks, and
create calm. The herbs continue to work long after you have stopped
inhaling them.

The inhalation strength will last for up to one year if breathed for two
minutes per day and the compacts may be recharged when needed.
You do not have to worry about overusing. You cannot over breathe
or overuse Breath of Life, but the minimum breathing time must be
for one minute in the morning and one minute at night. If your nose is
too congested, you can breathe the herbs through your mouth and still
